Mine Hills Main House

Substandard, 2 story track house - small pool - under equipped Positive: Location was ok for Vegas. The family /patio room was nice. The pool was very small . As in 2 full size floats would not fit in it but ok. Internet was ok 2nd frig in "patio" room was nice BBQ grill worked, nice. Negative: The property was completely MISREPRESENTED A. It was not a single family house, has a lock off studio we did not know about B. STAIRS 15 of them, straight up & TILED. The rental company (not Booking.com) knew in January 2026 when I booked that I was bringing my 93 year old mom who has mobility issues. Discovered ALL bedrooms on 2nd floor. They did NOT disclose the stairs until just a few days prior to checking in. They KNEW it was a special birthday celebration for her. TOTAL BAIT & SWITCH. When I asked for a roll away for my mom for 1st floor, they didn't even TRY to find one The place is NOT comfortable. One couch in entry way/"living room". NO other seating. Was advertised with a desk - no desk. I work on the road. 3 FORKS for the kitchen. Table seats 6. Guess they expected us to take turns???? Wash dishes by hand, no dishwasher NO DRYING RACK. Had to lay everything on the counter to dry b/c NO KITCHEN TOWELS (until DAYS later) Pool advertised as heated. Was not upon arrival. Day later a guy showed up. Patio umbrella broken & metal parts rubbing on electrical lines !!!! Someone came to "fix" it but didn't. He got it off the electrical lines. Used our own electrical tape to hold it up. Very ghetto Advertised as 3 bedrooms 3 baths. 1 Master , two SMALL 10x11 bedrooms & hall bath w shower. Up bathrooms had spray hoses. 1 in Master leaks water all over floor. Nozzles were corroded & gross, Bidets??? BROWN stuff crusted into them. SEE PHOTOS Hall bath toilet runs all the time House is a water/energy hog The "3rd" bath - just toilet & sink on main level. Stinky FULL garbage can left outside dining room window. Had smoke alarms - no fire extinguishers. All knives dull. MB Hairdryer had exposed wires THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY ONLY MADE EXCUSES. I had to get rude and forceful to make them perform. I had to call Booking.

Positive: The property was in a great location. Not too close to the strip, but not too far either. The house was beautiful with lots of space, and it was very clean. Definitely will try to book again next time we’re in Vegas! Negative: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Wir kommen immer gerne wieder! Positive: Der Vermieter ist super nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, das war schon mal das wichtigste. Das Haus war toll gelegen, nicht weit vom Strip und nicht weit von den einzigartigen Red Rocks u.a. Die Ausstattung war großartig und alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll zurecht gemacht. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.
